We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our passionate and skilled team at Batou to push forward the future of human-machine collaboration. As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Fermat, and taking ownership of features and system scalability.

This position is based in Barcelona and comes with flexible hours and a dynamic and intense working environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of Typescript, Cloud Infrastructure, Serverless, ORMs, and MongoDB and possess the soft skills of mentorship and good communication.
